Who we are

Windhover is a beautiful community nestled in nature next to the Cahaba River conveniently located from all the popular areas: 5 mins from the Galleria, 10 minutes from the Summit, 15 minutes from UAB and downtown Birmingham. Windhover is a condominium community constructed physically as townhouses (multistory units built side-by-side). Units have either a deck or a garage and are either 3/2.5 or 2/2.5 in size. Most units also have a fenced in patio/yard area as well. The community has a newly renovated pool that is open year round, a tennis court, and a clubhouse. Windhover provides all the luxuries of owning a large square footage townhome without the responsibility that comes along with exterior maintenance. The association is responsible for maintaining the roofs, fences, structural supports for decks, siding, gutters, lawn care, the clubhouse, the pool, and trash service. The association also provides insurance for the structure of the buildings, allowing you to get a cheaper homeowner’s policy to only cover the interior of your unit. These are all things that the HOA dues pays to cover.
