Windhover Renovation Project is Underway

The Windhover Renovation Project is underway! Every building at Windhover will be getting new sheathing, building wrap, new Hardie siding, new gutters, new fascia and soffit, new trash closet doors, and new light fixtures. Our goal is to have all buildings completed by November 2026.

The community has obtained a loan to finance this project. The tentative total monthly costs to the owner are as follows:

2026-October 2027 - $725/mo

November 2027-2037 - $850/mo

These numbers are subject to change based on future costs but should give potential buyers a good idea of what to expect. Additionally, the community has approved a special assessment of $5,995 due May 1, 2026 to replace all roofs at the community. All roofs will be replaced next year.
